Tour Price Includes :

• All the airport and hotel transfer as per the itinerary.
• Twin share accommodation at 3 Star  hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
• Cosy guesthouse accommodation on sharing basis  during biking  tour.
• Welcome dinner with Cultural program at Kathmandu.
• Essential trekking permits and official paper works.
• Annapurna Conservation Area permit and Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) fees.
• Domestic flight tickets (if applicable) and surface transportation as per itinerary.
• Necessary equipment during the trek (Sleeping bag, duffle bag if necessary).
• Mountain Bike (Hydraulic Disc Brakes) : If you want to bring your own bike, you can.
• Assistant riding leaders (5 riders : 1 assistant guide )
• Trekkers Healing Massage of 30 minutes after the trek: A signature massage therapy of our spa, this therapy is specially designed to provide relief, relaxation and ease the stressed muscles after a strenuous trekking or hiking activity.
• Comprehensive First Aid Kit.
• Government and local taxes.
• Meals, accommodation, insurance, and other expenses of the helping crew.
• An experienced fluent English speaking guide trained and licensed by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Tourism & Civil Aviation. (For guides on other language do let us know earlier.)

Trip Price Excludes:

• Any meals at Kathmandu, Pokhara, and tour days. (Note : Meal costs about $5 – $8 dollar per item depending on the place where you eat).
• Extra night hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara because of early arrival, late checkout, the early return from mountain (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
• Entrance fees for sightseeing points.
• Alcoholic beverages, bottle mineral water, soft drinks and snack foods.
• Any Private Expenses (phone calls, laundry, battery recharge, bar bills, porters, bottle or boiled water, shower, heater, etc.)
• Rescue and travel insurance.
• Optional Attractions that are not specified in the itinerary.
