I had booked this trip with Travel Pinto and had a phenomenal experience on Everest Circuit trek. Every details and questionnaires were promptly answered by the team before the trip. Lets say me and my trip was in a good hand!
Annapurna Hotel was booked for me by Travel Pinto, which is centrally located and has no faults. Next morning was time to fly to Lukla. My guide Devendra was waiting for to receive me at Lukla Airport. We then started to Phakding after light lunch. Soon after trekking peaks are about to be seen. My guide left no chance for describing the peaks and their elevation. Every things went well in the trek. It will be a real huge story if I start writing all of it here. Luxury lodge, hot water, nice food. Every thing was very well. I paid a luxury price for this company and get luxury service.
I still could not believe how beautiful Everest is. Every memory is still fresh and recurring. Travel Pinto is really professional and best tour operator probably. Highly recommended.
Namaste!
Just want to thank u guys for a fantastic trip.upon our return,we were asked how was your vacation? My reply..A trip of lifetime!
Travel pinto is just another pleasant surprise among many other in nepal.from the beginning till the end. They were highly professional, always available and organised everything was perfect.we had and absolutely fabulous time
We started our Everest Trek with 18 group member from London. Everything was well managed and well organized. We were provided 4 professional guide with 9 assistance guide. The breath taking view of Everest region kept us speechless and help with strength to reach upto Base camp. We successfully made upto Base camp and enjoyed our success. The were a lot of wastage in the Base Camp. If the same ratio goes on, the base camp will be filled with garbage instead of snow. It should be strictly phohibited to dispose single wastage at Everest. All of us including our guides, we carried on as much as grabage we could from Everest to Namche. We would like to do a humble request to every traveler to Everest, please take at least a minimal effort from your level to clean up Everest.
We were honored from heart we took the initiation to clean Everest from our level. We are launching our campaign with Travel Pinto on cleaning Everest on April 2019 with our university student. We would love to join any other Himalayan Lover in this campaign. Please feel free to contact us.
See you Nepal in April.
My simple question would be are you planning to head for a trip to the Everest Base camp? I think one out of two will always have a compassion of being at Everest. Everyone in this world would certainly want to be at the top, but everybody is not such lucky. Some are unfit by health, some by money or some by time. One should have all these three things in order to be at the Everest. I am from Alaska so, cold would never be problem of surprise for me, but Everest would always be. I would say Nepal, a wonderful heaven on Earth.
I am a great Himalayan lover so I would never leave any mountain in Nepal. There are some I have taken up and there are still many to explore, Everest was always in the top of my wish list. But a lot of things have to be met to start the Everest trip. Finally was succeed to feel the greatness of Everest last December. I was very eagerly waiting for this trek, so convinced some of my friends to update their bucket list with Everest. They agreed, and it’s a 6 brothers' trip to Everest. The Everest memory is going to be in life forever; base camp at the world’s highest mountain is not everyone’s cup of tea. It needs endurance, agility, talent and stability to survive the whole way through, which is what I have learnt from the trek. After exploring Kathmandu and its attraction. We started our trek to Everest by an early morning flight to Lukla. The landing of the plane to Lukla airport had nearly taken my breath. I can literally say it’s the most dangerous airport in the world. We could easily felt trekking to Everest, is not easy. From here finally our trekking activity started, caught a glimpse of the statue on way – Late Pasang Lhamu Sherpa ( first Nepali women to reach the top of the world), and then from here we reached to Phakding, here we took calm breath for some hour took some nap and started to trek towards gateway of Everest, Namche Bazaar. Uphill and downhill trek over here was simply amazing, then we had to stop at Jorsale for some legal paper work, which was taken care of well by our guide, crossing the alpine vegetation and suspension bridge we landed at Namche Bazaar, after halting here overnight we started our acclimatizing walk towards the Everest view hotel from where we caught view of various peaks, Kusum Kangaroo, Thamsekru, Amadablam and the gigantic Mt. Everest. Then we trekked to Tengboche, Dingboche, Nagarjuna hill and then towards Lobuche. From Lobuche the final lap of Everest Base Camp began, the excitement of reaching Everest healed the tiredness, energy loss, didn’t know how fast the time went off and its finally the Everest Base camp. That feel; being at the base camp of the Everest was like being on top of the world.
So, who would get the credit for this success? Of course us, hahaha. Trying to be funny. The credit goes to our guide Ramu, our helper Shyam, Basu and Bikash. Nothing would had been so perfect and well organized if we were not recommended Travel Pinto by my University Friend. We thank Travel Pinto for all the superb management. Sleeping Bags, Phones, Medicines etc. Thank you Travel Pinto team for beaing a part of the greatest Experience of our life.
We had incredible and seamless adventure of experiencing central Himalayas with Mt. Everest and Gokyo Lakes. Al our second thoughts about physical fitness, weather and accomodations were cleared with pre-trip information with responsive emails and frequent calls over What's App.
We were 15 teamed up for Everest hike, as we landed at Kathmandu our flight had been delayed for 4 hours. We all were having if it's everyday situation at international terminal and how could we make to Lukla on flights the other day? On collecting our baggages and moving along arrival section; we were greeted by Travel Pinto representative with gifts of flower and garland around the neck which we never had imagined it to be.
Dwarika's Hotel was the first place- we stepped out on foot other than airport, it was just amazing and no words describing the beauty. We were introduced to our team leader and two other guides: their experiences drove us to the Everest and beyond. We loved having Nepali cuisine and sharing the same table. Our programmes were as scheduled where we visited Swyambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. We all were desperate and excited on having wonderful and experienced members leading us from front and a bit scared to catch a flight to Lukla.
We landed safely but all ours fingers were crossed with adrenaline rush landing. Our porters joined and helped us with loads as we landed at Lukla and started our trek to Phakding. We All were excited to have first glance of enormous giant but sadly we had to wait for the next day. The weather was cloudy and mountains views were obscured at Namche that day. Acclimatization hike was nice with clear skies, we climbed high and slept low to prevent AMS. The sights from world's highest altitude hotel "Everest View Hotel" was splendid as we had expected. Luckily, none of my friends have any symptoms of AMS as we had taken precautions. Every Steps we stretched the scenery became wide and vivid. We reached Gokyo from machhermo which was hard to believe that such a wonderful place existed in reality.
Hari one of our assistant with loads was excellent with flute. Being at top of Gokyo Roi with melodious music made us spend couple of hours there. We were pre-informed about the prevalence of strong winds while crossing chola pass to reach Dzongla, so it was early morning walk before sunrise to dodge bad weather condition of the noon. The next day we were at Lobuche and we were about to be towards foothills of the world highest peak.
On having reflection of day, we shared the moment we enjoyed and later briefed about next day activities. All of us were happy to hear 5,364m is next, the Everest Base Camp. Khumbu Glacier & Khumbu Icefall appeared to be sensational on reaching EBC and returned Gorakh Shep. Actually, I was worried that our exciting trip was about to end and had words with team leader about our journey so far... He smiled and reposed "And when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieving it". Those were silver linings of the trip and golden lightning was about to hit Everest with sun rays as we reach Kalapatthar on early morning hike. All of us liked our team leader, guides and assistants as they were cheerful, knowledgeable and always looking out for our best interests which made us more interactive and familiar.
The weather was cloudy and seemed like snowing soon: On descending down to Pheriche we encountered snowfall, luckily we were only half and hours to our accomodations. We had seen flights cancelled to and from Lukla, we had one days planned for contingency if weather turned out to be extreme. We waited one more night at Lukla waiting for the right moment to catch flight. We asked our team leader Mr. Shyam, What if we got stuck here and miss our international flight. He responded that he have had words with the agency and make assured us for the arrangements of chopper if weather turned out to be the same.
We all were glad hearing those words; all our faces were on smiles again. They made us believe in responsible tourism and really appreciate their works and efforts. We were hoping on returning with three choppers but the weather turned out the other way. We took a fight instead of chopper and landed at Kathmandu. The trip was stunning and memorable with 18 days at Himalayas. It made me realize that whole universe conspires and helps you achieving it, which would be next adventure to Annapurnas with the same team of 15.
Thank you!!
I booked this trip in hustle because I could join a group. I cannot describe in words how wonderful the experience was. Our group was of 15 people from different backgrounds and age range 15-69years. Our only aim is to get on the base camp and back and enjoy the trekking and scenery of the Himalayas. The scenery is stunning and the terrain. Its hard to decide which day is better than others as all days are amazing. My ever wish of seeing the Himalayan Yak was fulfilled. I touched it with my hand, wow. Other people from my group tried to touch the Yak but it ran away. Wow, I was lucky.
Every arrangement by Travel Pinto and attention to detail makes this trip a memory of lifetime. Bit more expensive but if you are going to do this once then better do it with he best. Our tour of Kathmandu valley after Everest was excellent. I left my unfinished breakfast for Kathmandu tour, which actually worth it.
I appreciate the service and arrangement.
Namaste!

I booked my Nepal Trip with Travel Pinto as I found their offering luxury and guaranteed to satisfaction. It exceeds by expectations excepts in some. All in all, it was a fantastic trip, and I’m very satisfied with the help and arrangements during tour and the flexibility. They helped me changed my bookings in Kathmandu Hotel as I wanted to spent one more day at Nagarkot.
Nagarkot is beautiful, It was so lovely to have seen the early morning sun rise. Scenery of rice fields and splendid ending with Country Villas in Nagarkot with Mountain view but nothing to see and experience on the way to Nagarkot, it was all dusty road, several ups and downs. Too many Tax while entering Nagarkot.
The hiking walk to Balthali was amazing all the way. Nature, bridge, village and views. I recommend this route, just make it longer, but the hike from Sankhu was very disappointing. I was tired but still have to walk to be with the group.
I was recommended Namobuddha during the Trip discussion but for extra charge due to different route. Namobuddha and Balthali was the highlight of my tour, so I recommend this combination. Namobuddha was so great. I do not recommend Dhulikhel, as it has nothing to experience. Only hotels around, everything is very expensive. On our return to Kathmandu we encountered with the most beautiful Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Its huge and has a lot of historical importance. Wonderful atmosphere. We had great lunch here, its called the Newari dish. So many varieties and delicious. Patan was also a perfect experience as 1 hour stop. The only embarrassing was the entrance fee everywhere we enter? Why so much harassment? They can charge the tourist at the airport for such fees or it should be online so interested person can book them online. Everybody comes to enjoy, nobody wants be in a long queue for entrance tickets.
Kathmandu tour was as good as it can be, the only disappointing was the pollution. Where is the local authority to take care about the city? They only charge the entrance fees but where did they utilize? I could see a lot of damages at the Durbar Squares but they don’t pay attention to maintain them.
We did Mountain Flight to Everest and our desire to see Everest was fulfilled. If you have limited time but want to see the Mountains, you should take the Everest Mountain Flight. The combination of Mountain Flight with Bouddhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple was a perfect day. I will also recommend others to stay more than a night other places than Kathmandu.
You should pre plan the Everest Flight and book earlier as Everest flight is great in itself, but I got the worst possible seat. Fortunately, the hostess took some nice pictures of Everest for me, so the memories after are OK. But I thought I was lucky enough to get the seat near to rotator as I do not have time for next day and many more from my group even didn’t get the flight ticket that day.
We were group of four with great enthusiasm to see Everest. It was a last minute plan we made in Kathmandu. But our return ticket to home was already confirmed. It would be impossible for us to see Everest by trekking. So we decided to take a helicopter to Everest. While searching for agencies, Travel Pinto responded so quickly and promptly. We flew towards Everest. I felt like a shooting of a adventurous movie clip at Everest. The 4 hours trip to Everest was the most amazing trip of our life. I will upload the video we shoot during the trip in Youtube. Overall its 5 out of 5 trip. Thank you Travel Pinto
We were planning for it ever since we watched the movie. The trip worked out to be family trip as my two boys joined us on having vacations. It was joyful moment sharing it with my family. We have had plenty of precautions taken before starting the trip, even had carried “Diamox”. We have all smiley face while catching a flight to Lukla. The first night out at Himalayas turned out not to be recalled; my wife caught with dizziness, headache and nausea- the symptoms of AMS. We spend one more night at Phakding before moving to Namche. She recovered well and we all continue to higher elevation.
We came to know that trails to the Everest Base Camp be scientific; with approx. 300m elevation gain at days hike to support acclimation. There were no words to describe the scenery we left behind and pushing forward to have insights. We past a memorial for fallen climbers at lobuche. The place was remote and solitary where we stood alone surrounded by chortens, prayers flags, stupas and small stone walls marking out the memorial area. We realized the ultimate dreams scattered reaching Everest which wiped similes from our faces.
Our every night were under Sherpas roofs which was really amazing learning Sherpa Culture and their exquisite hospitality. All our trips were remarkable, we carry lots of memories from Nepal. The words would be less to describe, how I was touched.
We are thankful to Travel Pinto for scheduling the trip which meet our expectations.
Excellent trip to Everest. Our trip was superb, the hiking trails followed the green vegetation, suspension bridges with hospitality Sherpa people. We were stunned with glimpse of top four eight thousand peaks, Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Makalu and Mt. Cho Oyo . Nevertheless, Mt. Ama Dablam was centre of attraction at Himalayas. Our guides were quite informative, Everest trails and the nearby mountains were like a cup of tea for him. Our guide took us to local house for dinner, the moment was great. We were treated like a family member; the love of Nepali people and Everest will never fade away. We miss our guide Bashanta and the tour operator from Travel Pinto, who were with us throughout the trip.
